Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

This role will be part of the Global Services Finance team in theInvoice to Cashprocess area. The Global Services Finance organization provides best-in-class, cost-effective financialservices,and compliance—in a J&J way—to our Operating Companies around the world.

ITC Manager-is responsible formanagingdaytodayoperations ofendtoendInvoicetoCash(I2C) processes, includingcash applications, credit management, collections, and dispute resolution, for assigned businesses, clusters, or markets. The role focuses onoptimizingcash flow, reducing financial risk, and ensuring consistent delivery of I2C performance targets.

The Manager leads a team ofTeamLeads and/or individual contributors and partners closely with business stakeholders to ensure service delivery excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals. It is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, this position may be conveyed with NewOrthopaedics business. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Orthopaedics at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation processes.

  • Deliver operational results / KPIs as per targets (e.g.DSO; AR Aging; WOs; RDAs; Unapplied Cash)

  • Manage senior stakeholders andBusiness Partnersin achieving targets andcommitments.

  • Oversight – provides direction,guidance,andcollectionsstrategiesto theGI2C –Collectionsportfolioof a specificregion.

  • Supports and providesexpertisefor business partnering(Finance, Customer service,logistics, FP&A, Pricingetc.)

  • Dispute escalation – manage customer inquiries and provide resolution. Business partnering with CLS and other groups on updates and problem resolution

  • Influences based on evidence-based decision making

  • Identifiesgaps, builds technical and analytical capabilities, solution oriented

Qualifications:

Education

  • A minimum of abachelor’slevel degree or equivalent isrequired, preferably in accounting or finance

  • CPA, CMA,MBAand/or other financial certificationsispreferred

Required

  • Generally, requiresmore than8Yearsof relevantWork Experience

  • At least 4 years of Management / Supervisory experience ispreferred

  • Ensurescompliance with all laws and regulations associated with duties and responsibilities

  • Drives strategic imperatives that improve cash flow andmitigate risk

  • Present results and strategies to senior leadership

  • Influences and champions strategy and solutions

  • Ability to frame clear& concisecommunication across all relevant stakeholders

  • Ready tobe responsible fordelivering results. Comfortable accepting stretch goals and willing to make decisions even in ambiguous situations or with limitedinformation.

Preferred

  • Experience from BPO or shared services center of a multinational corporation and even local companies with relevant experience

  • Digital/ intelligent automation capabilities
