Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the strategy,accuracyand timeliness ofGlobalInvoice to Cashprocesses for Johnson & Johnson companies globally.
Develop and articulate vision for GlobalInvoice to Cashorganization and build customer-focused organizational culture
Provide leadership and ensure GlobalInvoice to Cashservice delivery commitments and customer expectations are met
Accountable for overall customer satisfaction and meeting required service levels
Develop and operationalize GlobalInvoice to Cashstrategies that enhance effectiveness and compliance
Build and manage key relationships with Global Services leadership to ensure service delivery commitments and value expectations are met
Provide leadershiptoacquisitions, divestures,reorganizationsand other integrations asrequired
Provideleadership andoversight tothird-party Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) providersas needed
Align with GPO to collaborate on the development, communication and continuous improvement of the policies,processesand procedures for GlobalInvoice to Cash

Qualifications
Education:
A minimum of aBachelor’slevel degree isrequired, preferably in accounting or finance
A minimum of 15 years of professional experience ispreferred
At least 3 years of experience in a Shared ServiceCenter of a multinational corporation or BPOpreferred
MBA, CPA, CMA, and/or other financial certificationsispreferred
