Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of enterprise technology projects. Working closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and in accordance with project governance standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in project coordination, reporting, stakeholder communication, and project governance, with strong organizational and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Support the end-to-end delivery of technology and business projects under the guidance of senior project managers.
• 
  Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• 
  Monitor project progress and proactively track timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• 
  Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates for stakeholders.
• 
  Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) logs, action trackers, and project documentation.
• 
  Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• 
  Coordinate project meetings, governance forums, and steering committee sessions.
• 
  Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, meeting minutes, and follow-up action items.
• 
  Follow up with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely closure of action items.
• 
  Support project governance processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• 
  Escalate project risks, issues, and delays to the Project Manager where appropriate.
• 
  Collaborate with business users, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate project delivery.
• 
  Assist in improving project management processes, reporting, and documentation standards.

Requirements

• 
  2–5 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, or PMO support.
• 
  Experience supporting IT, digital transformation, or enterprise projects.
• 
  Experience with project reporting, action tracking, RAID log management, and milestone monitoring.
• 
  Experience preparing meeting materials, meeting minutes, and follow-up action items for governance forums.
• 
  Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• 
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• 
  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• 
  Experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI.
• 
  Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• 
  CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
