Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Application team. In this role, you will work closely with business users, internal teams, and vendors to gather requirements, support system delivery, and ensure smooth implementation of projects and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• 
  Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• 
  Analyse business processes and propose suitable solutions
• 
  Prepare User Requirement Specifications (URS)
• 
  Develop test plans, test scenarios, and perform system/integration testing
• 
  Support and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• 
  Investigate and troubleshoot user-reported issues
• 
  Work with system teams to perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions
• 
  Plan and manage project or enhancement timelines
• 
  Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• 
  Communicate effectively with stakeholders and escalate issues when needed

Requirements

• 
  At least 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• 
  Experience in Singapore Insurance or Financial Services industry is preferred
• 
  Good understanding of SDLC methodologies
• 
  Experience in project management and vendor management is a plus
• 
  Familiarity with Microsoft (.NET) or web technologies is an advantage
• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 
  Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• 
  Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively
• 
  Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
