SEE I-Cube champion leads cross-functional teams in Bulgaria, Egypt and Turkey, to define and execute continuous improvement programs in order to improve industrials performances: Safety, Quality, Cost/Competitiveness, Delivery, People skills and Empowerment, Environment and Energy efficiency (SQDCPE)
Responsibilities and Duties
Leads cross-functional teams to define and execute continuous improvement programs in order to improve industrial performance (SQDCPE) Deploys and sustains programs within the factories and mines by improving Working conditions with “MUST HAVES” routines and cost savings. Cultivates and promotes a strong continuous improvement culture.
Supports analysis of processes and practices to enable safety / efficiency / quality continuous improvement initiative generation.
Generates detailed continuous improvement initiatives to generate savings with the cooperation of Plant managers.
Provides project support and expertise to on-site teams for deployment and improvement projects.
Monitors progress of continuous improvement projects and related savings, including process management improvement, process modification, and energy optimization. Maintains and creates appropriate documentation for reports, project execution, and data analysis.
Supports Operation Sites & all other business process teams to set a long term vision based on Continuous Improvement mindset deployment, as well as quick wins and quarterly detailed implementation tactics for relevant action plan.
Qualifications& Experience
Essential
Engineer or equivalent
Proven experience in Operations Management and Operational Excellence program management;
Proficiency in spoken and written Bulgarian.
Fluent English;
Desirable
Experience of working within a culturally diverse global company
Conversant in Turkish language would be advantageous
To be able to travel abroad

Strong leadership with the ability to draw and embody a strategic vision
Flexible working hours to accommodate diverse geographic locations
Good project management skills to deliver projects on time, on budget and on specifications.
