What You’ll Do

• Work with showroom, internet, and phone customers
• Help customers find the right Hyundai vehicle for their needs
• Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and email
• Schedule appointments and maintain customer relationships
• Stay organized and manage activity in CRM
• Learn and follow a proven sales process

Compensation Highlights

• 30% commission plan
• $200 minimum commission per vehicle
• Up to $4,000+ per deal
• $500 minimum commission at 10 units sold (retroactive to first sale)

• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
• Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
• Effective communication skills
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Basic mathematical aptitude
• Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
• Clean driving record with valid driver license.
• Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
