Hyundai of Beavercreek is seeking a motivated, experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, results-driven, and committed to delivering an exceptional car-buying experience. If you have prior automotive sales experience and a passion for helping customers find the perfect vehicle, we want to hear from you.
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, building rapport and identifying vehicle needs
- Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Hyundai vehicles, features, trims, and financing options
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text to generate appointments and close sales
- Maintain CRM records with accurate and timely updates
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and gross profit goals
- Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
- Ensure a smooth handoff to finance and service departments

Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of automotive sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service mindset
- Self-motivated with strong closing ability
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
