Hyundai Service Technician
Location: Iowa City, IA
Bonus: Up to $10,000 for qualified applicants
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Execute vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance with high accuracy and efficiency, adhering to OEM and dealership standards.
Proactively diagnose vehicle malfunctions and determine necessary repairs.
Examine vehicles to identify additional safety or service opportunities.
Maintain open communication with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regarding repair orders, part needs, and time management.
Accurately document all completed work and recommendations on repair orders.
Ensure customer vehicles remain clean, notifying advisors immediately of any issues.
Maintain a safe, orderly shop area and promptly report equipment malfunctions.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an automotive technician (ASE and/or OEM certifications preferred).
Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
Commitment to customer service and quality craftsmanship.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
