To support the continued growth of HYROX Africa, we are looking for a HYROX 365 Regional Manager - Africa (m/f/d) to join our team. You will play a key role in driving growth and expanding the HYROX 365 affiliate network across both established South African communities and largely untapped central regions. You will ensure sales targets are hit while maintaining strong affiliate retention through excellent, proactive account management. This is an ideal role for a self-motivated sales professional with a passion for the fitness industry who wants to build and nurture a thriving partner network within a fast-paced, international sports brand.
Sales & Lead Management: Effectively manage leads and deals within Pipedrive to meet and exceed regional sales targets across South and Central Africa.
Community Engagement: Identify, connect with, and tap into the local fitness community to expand the HYROX gym affiliation network.
Account Management & Onboarding: Act as the primary point of contact for affiliated gyms and coaches, supporting them through a smooth onboarding process and ensuring strong long-term retention.
Product Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the 365 Portal, Performance Hub, and all HYROX Training Club (HTC) and Performance Coach (PC) benefits.
Strategic Consulting: Consult with fitness business owners on growth opportunities directly linked to achieving HYROX Training Club and Performance Coach status.
Experience: You bring a strong sales background with a proven track record of hitting targets and managing a sales pipeline.
Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the fitness industry is highly desirable, with a strong preference for candidates already familiar with the HYROX ecosystem.
Regional Expertise: Excellent knowledge of the regional culture, fitness landscape, and commercial dynamics across the African continent.
Mindset: You are highly proactive, entrepreneurial, and able to manage your own schedule and priorities effectively.
Communication: An outstanding communicator and relationship-builder who can engage confidently with gym owners, managers, and coaches.
Availability: Ideally, you are available to attend the Cape Town race on August 14th/15th for an immersive, on-site onboarding experience.

HYROX is a new global fitness race designed for any and every fitness enthusiast. The one-day events take place in large arenas and are comprised of 8 x 1km runs and 8 functional fitness stations. Each competitor has his/her own personal completion time to compare to everyone else around the world and improve upon in subsequent events similar to a runner in a marathon.
