The Role

We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Casual Sales Assistant to join our team.

The Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create an unforgettable in-store experience
• Build genuine connections with customers and understand their needs
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
• Maintain strong product knowledge across sneakers, apparel and streetwear
• Process and organise incoming stock and assist with stock replenishment
• Pick and pack online Click & Collect and dispatch orders
• Assist with day-to-day store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising and cleaning
• Maintain a high standard of presentation across the store
• Contribute to a positive, energetic and customer-focused team environment
• Bring a CAN-DO attitude and always look for opportunities to deliver great results

To Be Successful, You Will Bring

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential
• A genuine passion for sneakers, streetwear and contemporary fashion
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work confidently in a fast-paced and energetic environment
• A team-first attitude and willingness to support your colleagues
• Self-motivation and a desire to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• The ability to listen, learn and use feedback constructively
• Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and peak trading periods
