We’re looking for a Hygiene Technician to take a key role in maintaining food safety, supporting production efficiency, & leading a team of Hygiene Operators on shift. This is more than cleaning — it’s about protecting our people, products, plant and reputation. This shift pattern for this role is Friday to Sunday, 06:00 to 18:00 and Monday, 06:00 to 14:00.

Oversee hygiene performance on shift, directing and encouraging Hygiene Operators to deliver high standards
Plan and delegate tasks, ensuring smooth handovers and clear communication
Work cross-functionally to ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety & quality standards
Perform high standards of cleaning to support equipment care and cleaning to maintain operational efficiency and product safety & quality
Support our environmental goals by actively contributing to recycling and waste management programmes
Support our goal of world-class hygiene through teamwork and innovation
Previous experience in a hygiene or cleaning role within food manufacturing or a similar environment
A proactive, hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail and commitment to continuous improvement
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and maintain hygiene standards
Good understanding of food safety, health & safety, and GMP
Able to contribute both alone and alongside others in a team setting
Comfortable working night shifts on a 4 on 4 off pattern

Have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability work collaboratively with the Team and key Stakeholders.
