The Hygiene Supervisor validates, verifies and ensures effective implementation of Solaire’s Integrated Food Safety System in Food and Beverage Pantries, Loading dock, Main Food Warehouse and Housekeeping Pantries.

Overall Job Responsibilities

• 
  Main point person in laboratory testing
• 
  Hygiene person in charge with matters related to the Purchasing and Materials Management departments specifically in Vendor Food Safety Control, Receiving Control at the Loading dock and Food Warehousing.
• 
  Implements and updates the annual sampling plan for validation and verification of the HACCP manual controls for air, water, personnel, food, and cleaning
• 
  Assists in audits of local government, occupational safety and or health organizations, management, employee representative, clients, and other agencies regarding food hygiene standards and solutions

Requirements

Qualifications needed:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Microbiology or Food Technology
• 
  Certified Food Safety Compliance Officer under a recognized program by the Department of Health
• 
  Trained in GMP, GCP, GAP, GOP, HACCP, and ISO22000
• 
  Flexible and can work on shifting schedules depending on operational requirements
• 
  Background and Technical Knowledge in Food Microbiology and Food Hygiene is required
• 
  3-4 years in supervisory position or equivalent in handling Food Safety or Quality Control in HACCP or ISO22000 environment
