The Ideal Candidate

• Experience in a food production environment is advantageous.
• Understanding of chemicals and their properties
• Basic mechanical skills for fault finding.
• Experience of working to company procedures and work instructions.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills to complete production monitoring documentation.
• Effective time management and the ability to work independently in assigned areas.
• Attention to detail is critical, as factory startup depends on maintaining high hygiene standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the hygiene of the factory after the days production is completed as per hygiene specifications.
• Ensure all equipment is in good condition before start of shift.
• Report any non-conformances to responsible person on site as soon as possible.
• To follow good manufacturing practices at all times
