Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload the service vehicle effectively to complete daily assignments.
  • Perform cleaning services in washrooms and public toilets according to job specifications and client policies.
  • Provide and maintain hygiene products including toilet paper, paper towels, soap dispensers, sanitisers, sanitary bins and air fresheners.
  • Address hygiene risks and client concerns to enhance work environments.
  • Complete service reports to document services performed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanour at all times.
  • Stay aware of client needs and identify opportunities to improve service standards.

What You'll Bring:

  • Full-time, permanent work rights in NZ and a full, clean driver’s licence
  • Clean criminal record
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Physically fit with a strong focus on health and safety
  • Self-motivated with great time management
  • High attention to detail and pride in high standards
  • Confident using mobile apps and technology
  • Flexible to travel and stay away overnight if needed
  • Cleaning or hygiene experience is a bonus
