Calling all go-getters: Rentokil Initial wants you as a Hygiene Technician for Auckland!

You will be out in the field delivering hygiene and cleaning services, helping customers solve problems and keeping their sites running smoothly. A great fit for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and great customer interactions.

This role is Monday to Friday, and we provide a work vehicle to support your daily travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload the service vehicle effectively to complete daily assignments.
• Conduct hygiene and cleaning services in washrooms and public toilets following job specifications and client policies.
• Provide and maintain products within customer premises, including air fresheners, sanitisers, feminine hygiene units, toilet paper, paper towels and soap dispensers, among others.
• Address hygiene risks and client concerns to enhance work environments.
• Complete service reports to document services performed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanour at all times.
• Stay aware of client needs and identify opportunities to improve service standards.

Requirements:

• Full-time work eligibility in New Zealand.
• Full clean NZ driver’s licence, with a clean driving record.
• Clean criminal record.
• Customer service pro with a knack for building relationships.
• Clear communicator, both written and spoken.
• Physically up for the job and safety smart.
• Self-starter who manages time like a boss.
• Ready to drive those long hauls.
• Eagle-eyed for detail and hitting goals.
• Tech-savvy with phones and apps.
• Knowledge of cleaning or maintenance is a plus.
