  • Support marine geophysical surveys including sub-bottom profiling and magnetometry
  • Assist with mobile and terrestrial laser scanning surveys
  • Contribute to UAV and remotely operated vehicle survey operations
  • Process and deliver survey outputs using industry-standard software and workflows
  • Maintain survey equipment and ensure operational readiness
  • Assist with workflow development, research and development initiatives and technical improvements
  • Support project planning, reporting and client deliverables
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of survey methodologies and business capabilities
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

  • Degree or higher degree qualification in Hydrographic Surveying, Marine Geophysics or a related geoscience discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of coordinate systems and geospatial data management
  • Experience with GIS and CAD platforms
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
  • Full UK driving licence
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a motivated and technically minded individual who enjoys solving challenges and working with modern survey technologies.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working in both field and office environments, have a genuine interest in geospatial and hydrographic surveying, and be keen to contribute to the continued development of innovative survey solutions.
You will be supported through an agreed CPD pathway, providing opportunities to develop technical expertise, project management, client management and leadership skills as your career progresses.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary dependent on experience and provide a range of benefits including:

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Company pension scheme
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
  • Ongoing professional development and training opportunities
