As a Hydrogen PEM Electrolyzer Technical Sales Manager, you will be part of an international team that is leveraging Bosch’s technology leadership and manufacturing scale to accelerate H2 electrolysis industry development across the Renewable Power & Energy, Chemical, Industry, Mobility sectors. Your strong technical background in hydrogen electrolysis industry, and the passion for success are essential for a Technical Sales Manager to support Business Unit Development (BUD) team on Chinese PEM Electrolyzer customer development and project acquisition.

Responsibilities

  1. Well-versed in BOSCH PEM electrolyzer technical characteristic. While maintaining a comprehensive understanding of market, technical, standard and regulation for renewable energy, hydrogen vale chain and PEM ELY industry.
  2. Build and promote Bosch’s reputation as a trusted technology leader in PEM electrolysis through compelling technical communication, participation in conferences, customer workshops, and thought leadership initiatives.
  3. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by proactively engaging potential partners—including industrial off-takers, renewable energy developers, EPC contractors, and system integrators—for PEM water electrolysis projects.
  4. Cooperate with Bosch HQ technical customer service (TCS) & ENG team to develop customized technical proposal solutions based on customer project specifications, including capacity, integration needs, efficiency targets, and operational requirements.
  5. Support commercial negotiations and contract finalization by providing accurate technical specification, scope-of-supply, performance guarantees, and compliance with standards.
  6. Cross-work with Bosch HQ TCS & ENG team to deliver responsive and high-quality technical support to customers with cost competitive solution, ensure satisfaction and foster long-term strategic relationships.
  7. Analyze market trends and customer needs to provide actionable insights of product development, feature enhancements, and future roadmap planning for PEM electrolyzer systems.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, power & energy Engineering or a related field.
  • 3~5 years’ working experience with H2 industry, with strong understanding of hydrogen standards, electrochemical knowledge and BoP system integration.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record in technical sales, with strong problem resolving capability.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), well-suited to work in an international company environment & culture.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
