To perform scheduled and corrective maintenance tasks on hydraulic systems in machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing breakdowns, in accordance with technical standards and safety procedures.
- Inspect hydraulic systems and diagnose faults using measurement and analysis tools.
- Maintain and repair pumps, cylinders, valves, and hydraulic hoses.
- Replace defective parts and ensure new parts meet specifications.
- Fill and replace hydraulic oil according to required standards.
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance as per approved schedules.
- Test systems after maintenance to ensure proper operation and efficiency.
- Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical drawings.
- Comply with occupational safety procedures during all tasks.
- Prepare accurate technical reports on maintenance tasks and identified issues.
- Coordinate with other teams (electrical, mechanical) for complex diagnostics.
- Diploma or vocational certificate in mechanics or hydraulic systems maintenance.
- 25 years of practical experience in hydraulic maintenance.
- Good knowledge of hydraulic oils and their specifications.
- Ability to use measurement and diagnostic tools (e.g., hydraulic pressure gauge).
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings.
- Commitment to quality, speed, and accuracy in task execution.
- Strong fault analysis and decision-making skills.
