THE ROLE

We are growing seriously fast and are now currently seeking an experienced Mobile Hydraulic Hose Technician to join our well-established team servicing the Tauranga (Bay of Plenty) area.

This job itself is to provide high-quality multi-product install, repair and maintenance service to a diverse range of customers. You will get to work on all sorts of mechanical gear, for all sorts of clients in all sorts of places. You will enjoy fixing things along with a desire to provide our customers with an exceptional level of service...if this sounds like your type of role, we would love to hear from you!

This is a full time, permanent role offering EXCELLENT hourly rates + on-call rates. You will be managed by a highly supportive team who will offer you all the tools to succeed in this role.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing technical service and troubleshooting support for customers
• Repair and replace hydraulic hoses at customer sites
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers
• Attend to customer queries regarding hydraulic hose related matters
• Manufacture hose assemblies as required
• Maintain van stock and equipment and ensure a professional image is maintained at all times

ABOUT YOU

• Have a strong knowledge and experience in hydraulic hose and fittings
• Hold a full clean NZ Driver's license
• Broad exposure to servicing and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic Industrial/Mobile equipment
• Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing excellent customer service
• Be able to complete a pre-employment medical and police check prior to starting
