Position: Hydraulic Hammer Supervisor

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hydraulic Hammer Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of hydraulic hammers on various construction and drilling sites. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of hydraulic hammer operators and technicians, ensuring safe and efficient operation of equipment
- Conduct pre-operational checks and maintenance on hydraulic hammers to ensure they are in good working condition
- Monitor and track equipment performance, identifying and troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Train and mentor new team members on proper operation and maintenance of hydraulic hammers
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and coordinate with procurement team for timely replenishment
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures at all times
- Collaborate with project managers and other supervisors to plan and schedule work activities
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of equipment utilization and maintenance activities
- Conduct regular safety meetings and promote a culture of safety within the team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical or trade school certification in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operating and maintaining hydraulic hammers in the oil and gas industry
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and components
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in using computer programs and software for equipment tracking and reporting
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to work in remote locations and travel as needed
