Are you a strong, experienced mechanic who takes pride in your work? Do you enjoy working closely with customers to assess, diagnose, and resolve their equipment issues? If so, then PIRTEK Cartersville may be a great fit for you! PIRTEK, the nation’s leading provider for on-site hydraulic hose replacement is currently hiring Field Service Mechanics. Our Field Service Mechanics remove, assemble, & install hydraulic hoses on construction equipment, manufacturing equipment, recycling equipment and basically anything fluid power. Our Field Service Mechanics operate out of a PIRTEK Service & Supply Center in a purpose built mobile hose workshop/van.

Job Duties:

· Assess customer needs on hydraulic equipment

· Remove, repair, and/or replace hydraulic hoses

· Visit with active customers to assess needs

· Initiate contact with potential customers to explain our available services

· Work independently

Required qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Minimum 2 years experience in trade involving mechanical repair

· Valid Driver’s License

· Clean Driving Record – no DUI’s in the last 5 years

Compensation Package:

· Wage: $24 per hour - Starting wage based on experience

· Overtime – variable, based on number of service requests

· Bonus – variable, based on jobs completed monthly

· PAID On-The-Job Training

· Company Vehicle – Field Service Mechanics drive their service van to/from work daily

· Insurance: Medical, Vision, Life

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
