Hydraulic BIM Modeller | Building Services | Brisbane

Join a high-performing Building Services team in Brisbane and contribute to the delivery of major projects across commercial, healthcare, defence and infrastructure sectors. This is a great opportunity for an intermediate BIM Modeller looking to build capability and work on complex, multidisciplinary projects.

About the Role

Working closely with hydraulic engineers and the wider design team, you’ll play a key role in delivering coordinated BIM models and high-quality documentation across a range of projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining accurate hydraulic services models in Revit
• Producing coordinated drawings and documentation in line with project standards
• Supporting design teams through model coordination and clash detection
• Working across multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical and structural
• Interpreting BIM requirements and implementing project-specific workflows
• Ensuring deliverables meet Australian Standards and internal QA requirements

About You

• 2–5 years’ experience as a Hydraulic BIM Modeller within Building Services
• Strong proficiency in Revit (Navisworks experience beneficial)
• Understanding of hydraulic services systems and relevant standards
• Experience producing coordinated documentation across project stages
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Collaborative and proactive approach when working within project teams
