Our client is looking for a Director of Project Management to lead large-scope, high-impact initiatives across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to shape the project management function as the company grows, drive standardization, and embed governance across business units. You will lead strategic programs—including acquisitions, process improvements, and enterprise projects—while helping the company elevate operations globally, foster innovation, and create positive impact for employees, customers, and communities. [HYBRID] Director, Project Management Responsibilities
• Lead large-scope, enterprise-level projects, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives, budgets, and timelines
• Define, implement, and continuously improve project management frameworks, methodologies, and reporting tools
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to clarify priorities, allocate resources, mitigate risks, and drive successful outcomes
• Establish stage gates, dashboards, and KPIs to improve accountability, measure impact, and support data-driven decision making
• Drive change management, adoption of best practices, and stakeholder engagement across business units
• Facilitate prioritization and coordination across competing initiatives, balancing risk, cost, and schedule
• Present project and program updates with actionable insights to senior leadership
[HYBRID] Director, Project Management Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years of progressive project/program management experience required
• Proven success leading large-scale, complex, or enterprise-level initiatives required
• Experience in technology, manufacturing, engineering, or scientific environments required
