Full-Time | Schultz Family Dentistry

Schultz Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced, adaptable dental professional for a hybrid role combining chairside dental assisting and treatment coordination.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, communicates confidently with patients, and can transition smoothly between clinical and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance and prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
• Complete radiographs, scans, clinical documentation, sterilization, and room turnover within training and legal scope
• Present treatment plans and explain recommended care, next steps, insurance estimates, and patient financial responsibility
• Schedule accepted treatment and follow up with patients who have unscheduled care
• Support clinical and front-office workflows based on daily patient and staffing needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure clear communication between providers and team members

Qualifications

• Dental assisting experience required
• Treatment coordination or dental front-office experience preferred
• Current registration, radiography qualification, and other required credentials
• Dentrix or Dentrix Ascend experience preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and patient-communication skills
• Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented

This is a full-time, on-site position, typically Monday through Thursday. The balance of dental-assisting and treatment-coordination respectfully.
