We are looking for motivated and communicative Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) to support our customer service team for an extended warranty provider for consumer electronics and home appliances. Start: 08.06.2026 | Location: Hybrid (Berlin-Neukölln & Remote) | Weekly hours: 40 h

Working hours: Mon - Sat between 08:00 AM and 8:00 PM

Salary: 2.739,33 - 2.939,33 €/month (Fixed salary 2.409,33 €/month at 40h/week + Language Bonus 300 €/month + performance bonus up to 200 €/month + home office allowance 30 €/month)

Your new tasks:

  • Damage assessment of defective electronic devices of our Norwegian-speaking customers by telephone and e-mail
  • Increasing customer satisfaction by processing inquiries quickly and competently
  • Review of the submitted claims for damages

Your qualifications:

  • Fluency in Norwegian (C2-level) and English (B2-level)
  • Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
  • PC literacy
  • Previous customer service experience preferable
  • Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and eagerness to learn
  • Empathetic and socially competent personality
