🚀 What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as the first point of contact for members, delivering exceptional service with every interaction.
• Answer incoming calls and assist with questions related to accounts, financial products, and services.
• Help members complete transactions involving checking and savings accounts, loans, credit cards, IRAs, and more.
• Use multiple systems and technology tools to quickly research information and provide solutions.
• Listen actively to understand each member's unique needs and build lasting relationships through excellent service.
• Identify opportunities to introduce valuable products and services that can help members reach their financial goals.

📍 Location & Schedule

This hybrid opportunity is based in Pensacola, Florida. Our contact center operates around the clock to support members wherever they are, creating flexible scheduling opportunities across a variety of shifts.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
