We are seeking a talented Hybrid Cloud Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in presales activities. The ideal candidate will lead assessments, strategy development, and roadmap creation for datacenter exits, migrations, and transformations—including branch offices, edge locations, and hybrid cloud solutions. This role demands deep expertise in datacenter architecture, hybrid cloud technologies, migrations, and a strong commitment to sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ datacenter infrastructure, including branch offices and edge locations.
• Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in centralized and distributed environments.
• Create comprehensive datacenter transformation strategies and roadmaps, aligned with clients’ business objectives.
• Design solutions incorporating latest technologies, industry best practices, and scalability for diverse environments.
• Utilize industry best practices and reference architectures to design efficient and scalable solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in datacenter transformation and edge computing.
• Advise on design and implementation of private cloud environments, considering security, compliance, and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful deployment of hybrid cloud solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 12–18 years of experience as a Datacenter Transformation Architect or similar role.
• Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.
• In-depth knowledge of datacenter technologies, hybrid cloud solutions, and emerging trends, with operational and service delivery experience in:
  • Hybrid Cloud: SDDC, HCI, AWS & Azure Solutions
  • Public Cloud Adoption: Assessment, Foundation & Migration
  • SDI Platforms: VxRail, Nutanix, Hyperflex, vSAN, NSX
  • Converged Platforms: Synergy, VxBlock, FlexPod
  • Migration Solutions: Cloud Natives, Storage-based Replication, Zerto, Platespin
  • Compute Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, Acropolis
  • Backup Solutions: Rubrik, Cohesity, Commvault, Networker, Spectrum
  • Hybrid Storage Arrays: Dell-EMC, HPE, Nimble, Pure, IBM
  • Storage Virtualization & Fabric: VPLEX, SVC, Cisco & Brocade Switching
  • DRaaS Solutions: VMware SRM, IBM CRO, Zerto
  • Middleware: IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss
  • Monitoring Tools: Tivoli, BMC, HPOV, CA Spectrum
  • Automation: UiPath, Ansible, Jenkins, Microfocus
  • ITSM: ServiceNow, Remedy
• Proven track record in customer-facing solution defense.
• Ability to articulate customer pain points and provide tailored solutions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders up to board level.
