Position Description

Prepare a technical talent pool to mitigate attrition in the coming years, support the company's future strategic growth, and meet the staffing requirements of new joint venture company.

What You'll Do

• Support external and internal audits, including the drafting and finalization of audit reports.
• Conduct daily surveillance and maintain the reports.
• Evaluate supplier qualifications.
• Investigate maintenance errors to determine root causes and propose corrective/preventive actions.
• Assess company authorization applications.
• Obey the safety requirements established.
• Execute additional tasks and projects assigned.

What You'll Need

Including but not limited to:

• Assist the engineer to perform external audits.
• Assist the engineer to conduct internal audits, including completion of audit reports.
• Assist the engineer to do the daily surveillance, including record of defects found.
• Assist the engineer to evaluate supplier qualifications.
• Assist the engineer to investigate occurrence or customer feedback.
• Assist the engineer to assess the company authorization applications.
• Complete other matters assigned.
