Responsibilities:
1.Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
2.Assign tasks and monitor employee performance
3.Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts
4.Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods
5.Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and productivity
6.Enforce safety rules and company policies
7.Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
8.Identify ways to improve workflow and reduce errors or delays
9.Inspect outgoing and incoming goods for quality and accuracy
10.Prepare daily/weekly reports on inventory, productivity, and staffing
11.Communicate with management about warehouse performance and needs
Qualification:
1.Strong leadership and team management skills
2.2�C5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
3.Previous experience in a supervisory or team-lead role preferred
4.Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
5.Ability to use warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications
6.Good communication and problem-solving skills
7.Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and procedures
8.Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment
9.Reliable, responsible, and able to work under pressure
10.Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime if required
11.Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field (preferred)
