Manufacturing Engineering Clean, Coat, Repair, Refurb (CCRR) Benchエンジニアとして、スペアパーツの内製修理および再生・最適化を推進するチームの一員として業務を担当します。
本ポジションは、Micronの戦略的なJapan Business Ecosystemの目的・目標達成に向け、各拠点のHigh Volume Manufacturing Engineering / Process Equipment Engineering、コストチーム、調達、品質、ならびに関連するビジネスパートナーと連携しながら業務を遂行します。役割と職責：

• 広島サイト戦略プログラム- Cost/Scale/Quality/Cycle Time (Speed) を達成するため、各Manufacturingエリアや、購買、Operations Central Teamチームなどのグループと共に、スペアパーツコスト削減活動をリードサポートする。
• Areaチームに技術的なコンサルティングと実践的な支援を提供し、最適なソリューションの作成や特定、既存のソリューションのトラブルシューティング、新しいソリューションの導入を行う。
• Global/他サイト及び国内外のSupplierとのDiscussionを行います。
• 進捗状況を確認し担当者のサポートを行います。
• 内製国内修理を拡大するため、Global Bench teamと共に内製修理、また地域企業と共に、国内修理再生を拡大するため、最適なソリューションや新技術の発掘、導入を行う。
• F15 Bench (内製修理）にて、内製修理率向上のため最適化を行います。

• 最低 3年以上の製造経験
• 工学学士／修士取得者
• 学習、成長、自己開発に対する熱意
• 英語コミュニケーションスキル（英語を学ぶ意欲があること）
• 問題解決能力、分析能力
• 目標達成へのコミットメントと粘り強さ
• 最終目標達成のために様々な相手と協力できる優れたコミュニケーション能力

As a Manufacturing Engineering Clean, Coat, Repair, Refurb (CCRR) Bench Engineer, this role is responsible for working as a member of the team driving in-house repair, refurbishment, and optimization of spare parts.
This position collaborates closely with High Volume Manufacturing Engineering / Process Equipment Engineering teams across sites, as well as cost, procurement, quality teams, and related business partners, to support the objectives and goals of Micron’s strategic Japan Business Ecosystem.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Lead/Support the spare management improvement activities with multi- functional groups such as Manufacturing each Area and Site, Procurement and Operation Central Team teams to meet F15 Site Strategies Programs - Cost/Scale/Quality/Cycle Time (Speed) goal.
• Provide technical consulting and hands-on assistance to area teams to create and/or identify the best solutions, troubleshoot existing solutions, and deploy new solutions.
• Monitor and communicate progress to partners.
• Discussion with Global/other sites and Domestic/International suppliers.
• Work with the Global Bench team and Local Suppliers to expand In-house/domestic repairs and find/implement the best solutions and Advanced technologies to expand CCRR.
• In-house repair rate at F15 Bench will be improved in collaboration with the Global team

Requirements: (Not all of the following conditions need to be met.)

• Min. 3 years of experience in manufacturing
• Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering.
• Enthusiasm for learning, growth and personal development.
• English communication skills (must be willing to learn English).
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Commitment and persistence in achieving goals.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a variety of counterparts to achieve ultimate goals.
• Ability to manage time and multi-task abilities.
