Customer Training is a key deliverable within our HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) projects, ensuring that customers gain the knowledge and skills required to safely operate and maintain their systems long after project completion.
As a Customer Training Manager, you will own and coordinate the customer training deliverable from tender to final project delivery. Working closely with customers, project teams, technical experts, trainers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, you will ensure that training activities are planned, coordinated, and successfully delivered according to customer requirements.
You will join a global and growing team where collaboration, customer focus, continuous improvement, and digital innovation are key parts of how we work and develop.
Please note that this is not a technical specialist role. However, an interest in technology and a willingness to continuously learn and develop technical understanding will help you succeed in the role.
