We're seeking a skilled Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in maintaining a high-quality living environment, and has the HVAC expertise needed to keep our community operating at its best.

Important Requirement

Strong HVAC experience is required for this position.

This is not an entry-level maintenance role. Candidates should have at least 2 years of residential, multifamily, or hospitality maintenance experience and be comfortable diagnosing, troubleshooting, and performing HVAC repairs and preventative maintenance.

EPA certification is highly desired but not required.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and complete maintenance work orders efficiently and professionally
• Perform HVAC troubleshooting, advanced repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Complete plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance, and carpentry repairs
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and participate in an on-call rotation
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with residents

QualificationsWhat We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing, property management, hospitality, or a related field
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Must own and maintain personal tools required for the position
• Ability to work an on-call schedule as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and perform repairs in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move throughout the property throughout the day

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Participation in an on-call rotation required
• Occasional weekend or emergency response work as needed
