As an HVAC Tune-Up Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance, system inspections, and tune-ups on residential heating and cooling equipment while providing homeowners with honest recommendations to keep their systems operating safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance and tune-ups on heating and cooling systems.
• Conduct system performance evaluations and safety inspections.
• Identify potential repair and replacement needs.
• Educate homeowners on system operation, maintenance plans, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Accurately document service calls and recommendations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience on every visit.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a professional manner.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• HVAC experience preferred; training available for others who have the drive and motivation
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb stairs or ladders as needed.
