
Johnson Controls is seeking skilled HVAC Servicemen to support healthcare, manufacturing, higher education, K12, and commercial real estate customers. In this field-based role, you will commission, service, and maintain advanced commercial HVAC equipment while helping customers improve comfort, reliability, and building efficiency.
As a trusted advisor, you will work directly with customers to assess service needs, recommend solutions, and support dependable facility performance.
You will perform hands-on service work on commercial heating and cooling systems, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and help customers solve building inefficiencies at the time of service. This is a truck-based union role that combines technical service, customer consultation, and practical recommendations that support system performance and sustainability.

Pay Range: $30.58 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.
