Job Description
Our team is responsible for the design, engineering, and lifecycle management of HVAC, cooling, and water supply & drainage systems across our global data center portfolio. We deliver resilient, sustainable, and energy-efficient infrastructure that enables reliable operations and supports the continued growth of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Design Management: Coordinate and manage all technical work across phases including site selection, scheme, design, bidding and tendering, construction delivery, and testing/handover. Responsible for HVAC design management both externally (partner design institutes) and internally (other cooperating departments of the company);
- Technical Support: Coordinate all HVAC technical issues during project implementation.
1) Responsible for preparing documents such as design briefs, drawing review checklists and key points, and construction technical specifications;
2) Support other departments of the company by providing HVAC technical support during energy assessment, planning approval, etc.;
3) Responsible for technical evaluation, scheme design and construction drawing design of new and retrofit projects;
4) Cooperate with the company's cost department to optimize system architecture;
5) Responsible for technical support during construction, reviewing design changes and completing engineering negotiations;
6) Support factory acceptance testing of key HVAC equipment and completion acceptance of equipment installation;
7) Support various HVAC-related engineering acceptances at each engineering stage;
8) Support project testing and commissioning, providing technical support or guidance during the process;
9) Responsible for technical reviews with the operations team and updating design technical requirements;
- Standard Building: Responsible for building and iterating the HVAC design standardization system.
- Technical Innovation: Familiar with the working principles and technical characteristics of various types of HVAC systems, and able to carry out certain technical innovation and evolution on this basis."
