Job description

Support commissioning and start-up activities related to HVAC systems on the onshore oil & gas project. Work with the commissioning team to prepare, test, and hand over HVAC systems safely and on time.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in commissioning of HVAC systems (including air handling units, chillers, ventilation fans, ductwork, and control systems).
  • Perform functional checks, start-up, and performance testing of HVAC equipment.
  • Support troubleshooting and adjustments during commissioning of HVAC systems.
  • Follow commissioning procedures and instructions from supervisors.
  • Document commissioning activities and test results for HVAC systems.
  • Respect HSE rules and ensure safe working conditions.
  • Support punch list activities and handover of HVAC systems to operations.


Profile

  • Technical diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in HVAC maintenance or commissioning in oil & gas or industrial projects.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and associated equipment.
  • Ability to read HVAC drawings, P&IDs, and technical documents.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to safety.
