Perform residential HVAC maintenance for our membership clients (filter changes, coil cleanings, performance checks, etc.)
Communicate clearly and kindly with dispatch, your manager, and customers
Provide friendly, respectful service that keeps members renewing year after year
Keep your van clean, stocked, and organized
Document all work performed accurately and professionally
Spot potential system issues and share your findings with the team
Represent the Peaden brand with pride and professionalism
HVAC techs with basic experience-or hard workers ready to learn
EPA certification preferred, but not required
You enjoy working with people and can explain things in simple terms
You're dependable, organized, and ready to be part of a winning team
You want full-time hours with a Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM schedule
