HVAC Technician (Ft. Eustis OMEE)

What You’ll Do
The HVAC Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance, repair, operation, troubleshooting, replacement across a 245,810 SF medical campus including remote facilities.

Maintenance of AHUs, chillers, boilers, VAV systems.
Medical facility ventilation compliance.
BAS-integrated equipment troubleshooting.
Emergency after-hours response.

What You’ll Have

EPA 608 Certification.
NATE, HVAC Excellence, ICC Certification, or Journeyman License.
