JaySan Gas, a well-established propane service provider and HVAC contractor with nearly 50 years of serving customer needs in Southeastern MA, is looking for a full time, reliable, and experienced HVAC Technician.

🔧 Position Overview:

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday (home most weekends)
• Southeastern MA - Local service area
• Residential & Light Commercial Systems
• Propane and Natural Gas, Central A/C and Ductless Mini Splits
• Troubleshooting, Service, Repair, Maintenance, Design and Installation
• On-call rotation required for after-hours emergency response

✅ Requirements:

• 5–10 years of professional HVAC experience
• EPA Universal 608 Certification (Required)
• MA Refrigeration License (Preferred but not required)
• OSHA Certifications (Preferred but not required)
• Must have strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Master of the multi-meter
• Clean driving record + valid driver’s license
• DOT Medical Card (we can help obtain)
• Pass and maintain- background checks & pre employment and random drug/alcohol testing
• Excellent communication & customer service skills

🛠 Duties Include:

• Confident but always learning
• Working independently and with other team members
• Mentoring junior technicians / helpers as needed
• Advanced diagnostics & repairs (including finding solutions to ensure customer care and comfort)
• Preventative maintenance
• New system design, follow up and installation
• Performance optimization and customer recommendations
• Accurate record-keeping
• Use of diagnostic tools, manuals & manufacturer tech phone support
• Use of emerging technologies

🗺 Territory: SE MA - Bristol & Plymouth Counties
