REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Education and/or Experience):
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a universal certification required under section 608 of the Clean Air Act from the State Board of Refrigeration Examiners.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Employee must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence, and have the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. The employee will participate in the development and writing of PM’s and work procedures.
A valid driver’s license is required to obtain a Customer Mobile Equipment License.

The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception. The employee will be able to work from elevated areas such as ladders, scaffolds, and platforms.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles; extreme cold; extreme heat; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
