Senior HVAC Service Technician – Hydronic Systems
Pay: $40–$45/hr 
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Location: Charlotte, NC


We are seeking a Senior HVAC Service Technician with deep hydronic experience to handle advanced troubleshooting and repairs in commercial comfort and/or industrial process heating and cooling systems. This is a non-management, hands-on role for a seasoned technician who thrives on solving complex system issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hydronic heating and cooling systems
• Troubleshoot boilers, pumps, piping, valves, and controls
• Support commercial comfort and industrial process systems
• Work independently on complex service calls
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers

• Hydronic HVAC experience (commercial and/or industrial)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics
• Safety- and customer-focused

• Senior-level technical focus (no management)
