What's in it for you:

Reporting to the Director of Global Services of LiquidStack, this role will provide front line support for customers, Field Service Technicians, and Service Partners. The primary role is to provide technical support for post-sales customer queries and provide the appropriate level of support based on contractual obligations. This will include providing warranty support and service coverage for customer entitlements. Working in LiquidStack’s production facility, this individual will have access to the production line, training center, and engineers to support these efforts. This individual will learn about a variety of new technologies, which will shape the data center industry for decades to come. We are looking for a driven individual who is passionate about this profession and wants to be a team member of the world’s global leaders in liquid cooling for data centers, edge, and high-performance computing.

What you will do:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Front line support for LiquidStack customers and the Global Services team.
  • Provides post-sales support and assists with technical product questions for all customers, Field Service Technicians, and Service Partner network.
  • Contacts regional leaders to support and coordinate on-site repairs.
  • Collaborates with quality, supply chain, and manufacturing to support spare part purchases and warranty fulfillment.
  • Uses BoM (Bill of Material), 3D and 2D drawings, schematics and other documentation to troubleshoot customer issues and document in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Communicates with the engineering and product management team as required.
  • Acts in a manner consistent with LiquidStack’s core values and according to LiquidStack’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethical Behavior.
  • Complies with standards and procedures of LiquidStack’s health and safety manual and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.

What you will bring:

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Higher education diploma, technical school degree, or equivalent military training. BSc in Engineering, Industrial Design is a plus.
  • Experience in the mechanical, thermal, industrial, or manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in customer service or satisfaction role, such as call center or support.
  • Data Center, mission critical, IT Infrastructure, or process cooling/heating experience is desirable.
  • Thermal system design or HVAC/R experience is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, 3D or 2D modeling and/or other solid modeling is desirable.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Must have strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to prioritize competing tasks and keeping to critical deadlines.
  • Self-starter that can be hands-on and able to work independently.
  • Multicultural approach, comfortable working with diverse cultures and mind-sets.
  • Appreciation to work in a global organization with teammates in different time zones/regions.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written).
  • Fluent in English; multi-lingual a plus.
  • Strong knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
