Job Description

Citycare Property specialises in maintaining installed equipment to perfection. From project work to routine care, preventative maintenance to reactive response, we're dedicated to excellence.
We're on the lookout for a trade-qualified individual working in collaboration with highly experienced teams, you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of newly installed equipment, troubleshooting, fault finding and repairs. What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga
• Supervising a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance and support
• Overseeing and participating in HVAC and Electrical/Controls system maintenance and repairs
• Collaborating with project managers and clients to meet timelines and budgets
• Conducting on-site inspections, quality checks, and troubleshooting
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and industry regulations
• Supporting training and development within the team
• Providing technical expertise and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
• Hands-on position with time divided between field services and office work – best of both worlds
What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Koe ki te Rūnanga:
• Experienced and qualified HVAC Technician
• Full Class 1 Driver Licence
• NZ Electrical Service Technician A & B registration (ideal)
• Chiller and artesian system experience (ideal)
• SS9 and SS13 IQP registration (ideal)
• Experience and knowledge in controls and BMS
• Strong customer service focus and physical fitness
• Commitment to health and safety
