Mechanical Preservation Associates, Inc. (MPA) is a New Jersey based, full service Mechanical Contractor specializing in commercial Mechanical, HVAC, BMS Controls and Process systems. We are differentiated by our depth of OEM and applications experience, and through our 7x24 service capabilities.
We are looking for experienced HVAC service technicians with broad experience servicing Heating & Air Conditioning systems. If you are looking for a company that cares about their employees and customers, and you have at least 5 years of experience independently responding to service calls from commercial, public and industrial customers, we would love to hear from you! Our compensation package includes medical and dental insurance, 401K and retirement plan, company truck and gas card, paid time off for holiday, vacation and sick days, professional development and training.
MPA is an Open Shop.
Compensation: Full time hourly, private work rate based on experience, and NJ prevailing wage determinations for public work. Compensation package includes medical and dental insurance, 401K, company truck and gas card, paid time off for holiday, vacation and sick days, professional development, training and performance bonuses.
