Entry-Level HVACR Service Technician (2–5 Years Experience)

Location: Morris County, NJ

Volpe Service is looking for a motivated and dependable HVACR Service Technician with 2–5 years of field experience to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial HVACR systems and apartment-style residential developments, offering a stable, long-term career with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and residential HVACR equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
• Service rooftop units, split systems, package units, boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, and refrigeration equipment.
• Complete service calls professionally while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Accurately complete service documentation and maintain service records.
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with experienced technicians and continue developing your technical skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HVACR service experience.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (required).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.

Compensation: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
