Do you take pride in diagnosing HVAC problems, explaining them clearly, and leaving homeowners confident in the work completed? Seatown is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to deliver high-quality residential heating and cooling service in the Mukilteo and greater Seattle area.

This is a service-focused role for a technician who combines strong diagnostic skill with a consultative, customer-first approach. You will repair and maintain comfort systems, help homeowners understand their options, and recommend solutions that genuinely fit their needs and budget. What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform thorough system inspections and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Explain findings, repair options, and recommendations clearly to homeowners.
• Educate customers on system upgrades, indoor air quality solutions, and maintenance plans.
• Complete every call with professionalism, quality, and attention to detail.
• Build customer trust through honest recommendations and reliable service.
• Generate replacement opportunities and referrals through exceptional customer experiences.
• Participate in ongoing technical and sales training.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• EPA certification.
• The ability to communicate clearly and confidently with homeowners.
• Experience presenting repair options and recommendations.
• A customer-first mindset and a professional approach to service.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• The ability to work independently, set goals, and follow through.

Work Environment

You will work at residential job sites, including attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces. The role involves climbing ladders, navigating uneven surfaces, moving equipment and materials up to 50 pounds, safely operating tools and company vehicles, and communicating effectively with customers and teammates.
