Residential HVAC Service Technician

Residential HVAC Service Tech – $33–$38/hr + Incentives | $80K–$100K+ Potential | Take-Home Truck | No Layoffs

You're a real service tech. You diagnose, you fix, you don't swap units and guess. You're good, and your current shop knows it. So why are you still there?

We're a locally owned, veteran-owned One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning franchise opening two territories in Murray, Sandy and the surrounding area. New shop, national brand, no legacy politics. You'll help set the standard from day one.

What You'll Do

• Service, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Diagnose malfunctions and determine the extent of necessary repairs
• Give homeowners honest recommendations. Never oversell.
• Keep a neat work area and inspect it after every job
• Wear floor savers in the client's home
• Maintain a clean, stocked company vehicle
• Drive and work safely, every day

What You Bring

• 3+ years residential HVAC service experience (service, not install only)
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification (NATE preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs; must have basic tools
• Clean driving record

Compensation

$33.00–$38.00 per hour, plus performance incentives. Earning potential $80K–$100K+ for strong performers.
