What You’ll Do
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
Educate homeowners on system performance and upgrades
Set leads for replacements and improvements
Deliver clean, code-compliant work with professionalism
What You Bring
3+ years of Residential HVAC experience
EPA Type II or Universal certification (NATE preferred)
Strong diagnostics and customer communication skills
Clean driving record and valid license
