As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. Responsibilities Include:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant components
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain HVAC issues, repairs, and recommendations
• Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices
• Identify opportunities to offer additional services, upgrades, or preventative maintenance
• Provide advice and guidance to customers on energy-saving tips, system upgrades, and maintenance best practices
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly performance goals
• Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards
• Maintain accurate service records, including parts used and hours worked
• Safely operate and maintain assigned company vehicles and equipment

Requirements

• 2+ years HVAC service experience
• Valid EPA Certification Required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components and installations
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
