One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, an affiliate of Authority Brands Inc., is the premier heating and cooling specialist in the Naples, FL area. We are hiring HVAC Service Technicians to provide exceptional customer service by educating customers on technical and investment decisions while making service calls in their homes.

Responsibilities:
• Assess HVAC systems to determine repair or replacement recommendations.
• Effectively communicate these recommendations to customers.
• Perform services and repairs with a focus on technical excellence.
• Test each system after service or repair has been completed.
• Perform a proper inspection of the system.
• Effectively explain all services and repairs performed.
• Accurately complete all paperwork and invoices.
• Provide customer leads to sales team.
Qualifications:
• 3 years of verifiable HVAC service experience required.
• EPA Type 1 and 2 required.
• NATE certification preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills a must!
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
